Our production facility is in the historic cathedral town of Hereford. It has 3,500 sq m of modern production space and 2,700 sq ft of high quality racked warehousing.

We employ over 60 well-trained and dedicated staff, many of whom have been with us for more than 10 years.

Apart from using the best commercially available converting machinery we have also invested heavily in improving and optimising our equipment to give our customers the highest level of product customisation.

We are the largest manufacturer of basket filters in Europe with a capacity in excess of 30 million units per week. The Konos Group is the second largest producer of retail cone coffee filters in Europe, converting more than 14,000 tonnes of coffee filter paper per year. The Hereford factory can produce more than 1.7 million sq m of laminated food absorbent paper per week.
